Can my offshore resource work as per my business hours?
Yes.
Do all your resource speak English well?
Yes, they all communicate very well in English.
How do we make payments ?
We accept payment via card/paypal/wire transfer to bank account.
Can I talk to my resource before starting work and making payment?
Yes, totally. Once you sign up and share your requirement, we will assign a resource which you can talk to and if you would want, we would assign some other resource for you to choose and start the work.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, services would remain effective and will be provided till the end of billing month.
Do I pay for holidays and leaves ?
No. In case of absence, we allocate a shadow resource with your permission.
Do you raise prices for your resource ?
Yes, after 12 months of performance. Client can raise the price for resource anytime if they are happy with the work and want to incentivize them.
Will I get someone to contact to if I am having any questions ?
Yes
How can I communicate with Virtual Assistants / Offshore Resources?
You can easily contact them via email/Teams/call/skype or any communication means you would like to use.
Do we sign up for a long term contract?
No, our contracts are monthly/hourly in nature.
What is the process to hire a Resource ?
Once you submit your requirement, you will be contacted within 4 hours by our Sales Rep. SR will understand your requirement and will guide you through process of signing up and allocating a resource to you as per your needs.
Can I request a replacement if I am not happy with current VA/Resource ?
Yes, you can ask anytime and replacement will be provided within 24 hours.
Do I have to pay setup fee or overtime charges ?
There is no setup fee, and overtime is charged as per regular billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued by way of a credit note for unused hours that are prepaid by the client. This will be deducted from the amount due in your next invoice.
Do I pay for any taxes, insurance or hidden costs?
You pay nothing other than agreed billing amount.
